These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website shop.vineaesthetics.com (the “Website”) and any transactions you conduct through it. By using this Website, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Products, Treatments & Services
We offer skin treatments, aesthetic procedures, and skincare products. All descriptions, images, and pricing are intended to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free.
Treatments may be subject to practitioner assessment; photos and results may vary per individual.
Products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including if an item is out of stock or pricing/discounts error.
Orders & Payment
To place an order for a treatment or product, you must complete the checkout process and pay via our accepted payment methods (e.g. GCash, Credit/Debit Card, Pay at the Clinic).
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Shipping or delivery fees (for physical products) will apply where relevant and will be clearly shown during checkout.
Payment for treatments may require a deposit (if applicable) or full prepayment depending on the service.
Booking, Appointments & Cancellations
After purchase of a treatment, you will be asked to schedule an appointment. Appointment dates are subject to availability.
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any deposit or service charge.
Vine Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments due to operational issues (staff availability, clinic conditions, force majeure). In such cases, we will offer you an alternative schedule or refund if unable to accommodate.
Returns & Refunds (Products)
Products may be returned if defective or in violation of applicable consumer laws. Returns must comply with our Return Policy. Please keep proof of purchase and ensure products are in original condition.
We do not accept returns of used products unless they are defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
Health & Medical Disclaimer / Treatment Conditions
Treat all treatments as medical aesthetic services. Individual results may vary.
You are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to booking your treatment.
Vine Aesthetics and its staff disclaim liability for adverse outcomes if you fail to provide accurate medical history or follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
User Accounts & Security
If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials (login, password) secure.
Any activity under your account (including orders, appointments) is deemed to be by you.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (logos, images, design, text) is owned or licensed by The Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics and Spa, Inc.
You may view, use, and print pages for your own personal use but you may not reproduce, reuse, download, copy, distribute, or modify any content without our express consent.
