Returns & Exchange​

At Vine Aesthetics, your satisfaction is important to us.

Please review the following guidelines for treatments and services purchased through our online store:

Treatment Packages & Services

• • All treatment purchases are non-refundable once redeemed.

  • If you have purchased a treatment but cannot proceed due to health or medical concerns, we may allow conversion to another treatment of equal value upon practitioner assessment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your confirmed schedule.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session.

Refunds

• • Refunds will only be considered in cases where treatments cannot be performed due to clinic or practitioner limitations.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 14 business days.

Products & Post-Treatment Items

• • Skincare products purchased with your treatment are covered by our standard product policy: returns are only allowed if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.

  • Due to health and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.
