Please review the following guidelines for treatments and services purchased through our online store:
Treatment Packages & Services
All treatment purchases are non-refundable once redeemed.
If you have purchased a treatment but cannot proceed due to health or medical concerns, we may allow conversion to another treatment of equal value upon practitioner assessment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your confirmed schedule.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in cases where treatments cannot be performed due to clinic or practitioner limitations.
Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 14 business days.
Products & Post-Treatment Items
Skincare products purchased with your treatment are covered by our standard product policy: returns are only allowed if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.
Due to health and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.
